Personality And Knowledge-Sharing Behavior Among Students at Stie YPUP Makassar

Collaborative learning is one of the most effective and popular techniques applied in building a better cooperative attitude among students exchanging sharing knowledge. This study aims to investigate relationship between Big Five Personality (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness experience) knowledge at STIE YPUP Makassar students. uses quantitative approach with 138 student respondents Makassar. Data was collected through Google Form analyzed using SPSS tool. The results found that (1) all types personality extraversion, experience, conscientiousness had positive impact on knowledge-sharing behavior students, while neuroticism negative because character unstable temperaments tended affect interactions terms share knowledge, (2) Extraversion dominant they tend like live groups easy socialize.
